Instructions

  1. Peel the mangoes, cut the flesh into small pieces and puree in a blender. Then add the juice of one lemon, the mineral water and the mint leaves and mix everything together.
  2. Finally, mix in the jar of yoghurt to create a creamy, thick mixture.
  3. Fill into large glasses and decorate with mint leaves. Enjoy with a long handle spoon.
