Ingredients
- 3 mango (s), soft, or mango to fly
- 1 lemon (s)
- 125 ml sparkling mineral water
- 400 g yourt, 3.5%
- 6 mint leaves

- Peel the mangoes, cut the flesh into small pieces and puree in a blender. Then add the juice of one lemon, the mineral water and the mint leaves and mix everything together.
- Finally, mix in the jar of yoghurt to create a creamy, thick mixture.
- Fill into large glasses and decorate with mint leaves. Enjoy with a long handle spoon.
