  • 150 g coconut milk, creamy
  • 120 g coconut water
  • 120 g mano pulp
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon orange syrup
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 2 tablespoon lime juice
  • Chili powder (chipotle chili powder)


  • Coconut meat, young, fresh

To garnish:

  • in Coconut pieces
  • Mango (s) in pieces
  • Lime (n)
  • Flowers and leaves


  • Finely dice the fresh pulp of a young coconut. Cut off a slice and use with the cubes for garnishing. Wash, peel and fillet the fully ripe mango and add the appropriate amount to the blender. To garnish, cut off two slices, cut into them and hang on the edge of the glass. Dice a smaller piece.
  • Put all ingredients from coconut milk to lime juice in the blender and puree for a minute at the highest level until foamy. Pour into a sufficiently large glass, garnish and serve with a straw and long teaspoon.
