Ingredients

  • 1 large mango (s)
  • 150 ml coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon desiccated coconut
  • 3 tablespoon yogurt, more Greek
  • Bourbon vanilla flavor
  • Honey for the sweet

Instructions

  1. Peel the mango and cut into pieces.
  2. Put all ingredients except for a few mango pieces in the blender and blend until smooth. Divide the lassi into glasses and garnish with the mango pieces that have been set aside. For the sweetness and if necessary, drizzle some more honey.
  3. At least 1 hour before serving, but preferably overnight, e.g., for breakfast, put in the refrigerator.
