- 1 papaya
- 375 ml buttermilk
- 1 cup yogurt (whole milk)
- 0.5 ½ vanilla pod (s)
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 1 dash lemon (s), fresh

- Peel the mango and cut the flesh from the core. Cut the papaya open, remove the seeds and remove the pulp. Scrape out the vanilla pulp.
- Put all the ingredients in the blender and mix well. Finished! Serve well chilled.
