Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees.
  2. Place the puff pastry in a baking pan on the baking paper. Prick several times with a fork. Sprinkle with the cassonade and lay the mango slices on the base in a rosette shape. Drizzle with the lime juice and sprinkle with the lime zest.
  3. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the edges are golden brown and risen. Serve lukewarm or cold.
