- Preheat the oven to 220 degrees
- Place the dough in a round baking tray (approx. 3 cm high), prick several times with a fork and sprinkle with hazelnuts or almonds.
- Cut the peeled apples into small pieces (eighth) and lay them out on the baking sheet like bricks.
- Topping: whisk the eggs with the remaining ingredients and spread over the apples.
- Bake in the middle of the oven for 25-30 minutes. Sprinkle with a little sugar.
