Instructions

  1. Grease a muffin tin and chill. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C top / bottom heat.
  2. Beat the eggs with the sugar until creamy, stir in the oil. Sift the flour over it and stir in the cream.
  3. Halve the dough (approx. 300 g dough each) and stir a packet of pudding powder and a teaspoon of baking powder into each part. Using a tablespoon, alternately pour the dough into the molds.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes.
  5. Let cool in the muffin tin for about 5 minutes, then remove and let cool on a wire rack.
  6. In the meantime, melt the chocolate for the ganache and stir in the butter. Now gradually stir in the cream, so that a soft cream is formed. Let it cool for about 10 minutes so that it thickens.
  7. Then halve the muffins once across and fill with approx. 1 teaspoon of the ganache.
  8. Brush the surface of the muffins with the rest of the ganache and decorate with chocolate decorations. In any case, serve at room temperature!
  9. If you like, you can replace part of the cream with liqueur or rum or add a little vanilla flavor or cinnamon to the ganache - depending on your taste!
  10. You can also use creme fraiche instead of cream!
