Wash the meat, cut into cubes and mix with the ingredients for the marinade. Let it soak in for about 30 minutes.
In the meantime, clean and chop the vegetables. Fry the onions, then add the celery and paprika. Sear the meat in another pan (or pot) (it is best to remove it from the marinade with a ladle, this will make it crispy). As soon as the meat is cooked through, add the vegetables from the first pan underneath. Finally add the marinade of the meat (makes a delicious sauce). Sizzle everything again for a few minutes - done.
