First cut an orange in half and squeeze the juice. Put this in a small bowl.
Peel the rest of the oranges and cut them into small pieces (about the width of a thumb). Add orange pieces, orange juice, vanilla sugar, a very small dash of vinegar and a slightly larger dash of raspberry spirit (use a little more orange juice for children) in the bowl. Scatter the curry powder on top.
If you only want a very subtle and round curry taste in the background, only add a little .. If you want a somewhat stronger and more intense taste, then add about half a level teaspoon.
Mix everything and let it steep for at least half an hour, it pulls through really well after waiting two hours.
Then serve the oranges with the vanilla ice cream.
