Peel and chop the onion and garlic. Clean, core and chop the chilli. Mix with both soy sauces, honey and approx. 3/8 liter of water. Roughly dice the meat. Pour marinade over it. Cover and let stand for approx. 2 hours.
Wash tomatoes, quarter them and cut into wedges. Clean the mushrooms, cut into slices. Drain the meat and collect the marinade. Fry in hot oil for about 5 minutes. Remove. Fry the mushrooms in the dripping fat for about 3 minutes. Fry the tomatoes for 1 minute. Add meat. Sweat the flour in it. Stew with 1/4 liter of water, the marinade and cream for about 10 minutes, season to taste.
Cook the pasta in salted water for about 8 minutes. Pouring off. Wash and chop parsley.
Serve the goulash and noodles. Sprinkle with parsley.
