Instructions

  1. Cut the pork loin into approx. 2cm thick pieces, marinate in the mixed marinade for 8 hours - or overnight.
  2. Place the pieces of meat on large metal skewers (it is best to stick them diagonally through the slices) and place on the grill. In between, you can brush the meat with honey. Tastes delicious with Bearnaise sauce and baguette
