Instructions

  1. Mix the lemon juice with orange juice and olive oil. Finely chop the chilli, peel and finely chop the garlic. Add everything with salt and pepper to the juice-oil mixture.
  2. Wash the meat and pat dry. Place in the marinade. The meat should be completely covered. Leave to rest in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight.
  3. Take the steaks out of the marinade and grill for approx. 5 - 6 minutes on each side. Serve the meat with a salad.
