Mix the lemon juice with orange juice and olive oil. Finely chop the chilli, peel and finely chop the garlic. Add everything with salt and pepper to the juice-oil mixture.
Wash the meat and pat dry. Place in the marinade. The meat should be completely covered. Leave to rest in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight.
Take the steaks out of the marinade and grill for approx. 5 - 6 minutes on each side. Serve the meat with a salad.
