Ingredients
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 0.25 liter ¼ orange juice
- liter ⅛ olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tablespoon sea salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 bay leaves
- 4 slices pork neck (150 g each)
- 1 chilli pepper (s), fresh

- Mix the lemon juice with orange juice and olive oil. Finely chop the chilli, peel and finely chop the garlic. Add everything with salt and pepper to the juice-oil mixture.
- Wash the meat and pat dry. Place in the marinade. The meat should be completely covered. Leave to rest in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight.
- Take the steaks out of the marinade and grill for approx. 5 - 6 minutes on each side. Serve the meat with a salad.
