Ingredients
- 4 tuna steak (s)
- 2 cloves garlic)
- 2 tablespoon soy sauce, sweet (Ketjap Manis)
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons oil
- salt and pepper
- some chilli pepper (s), dried, crumbled

- Finely chop the garlic and put it in a bowl. Then add the soy sauce, the balsamic vinegar and the oil. Mix well and season with salt, pepper and chilli to taste.
- Now put the tuna steaks in the finished marinade, turn them well and put them in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
- Then grill or fry very briefly.
- Basmati rice and salad are served with it.
