  • 4 tuna steak (s)
  • Lemon juice
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 2 cloves garlic)
  • 150 g reen pepper (s)
  • 200 g tomato (s)
  • 200 g olives, stuffed
  • Paprika powder
  • rosemary
  • thyme
  • salt
  • pepper
  • olive oil

Instructions

  1. Drizzle the tuna steaks with lemon juice and let it steep.
  2. Peel the onion and cut into thin rings and finely chop the garlic. Wash the peppers and cut into thin strips. Pour boiling water over the tomatoes, then peel and cut them into small cubes. Cut the olives into slices.
  3. Heat the olive oil in a pan and sweat the onion rings until translucent. Add the garlic, tomatoes, peppers and olives and cook for a few minutes. Then season the whole thing with rosemary, thyme, paprika, salt and pepper
  4. At the same time, heat the oil in another pan and fry the tuna, which has been seasoned with salt beforehand, for about 4 minutes on both sides. Then the fish is served together with the vegetables.
