- 1 cup natural yogurt
- 1 lime (s), juice and zest
- Tandoori masala to taste
- 6 potato (s)
- 6 carrot (s)
- 2 bell pepper (s)
- 2 cloves garlic)
- salt and pepper

- Thaw the tuna steaks (if you don`t have fresh ones, which is not often the case in these latitudes), wash them and pat dry. Then you put them in a marinade of yogurt, oil, lime juice and tandoori masala, add one or two whole cloves of garlic, and season with salt and pepper. Ideally 1-2 hours before the actual cooking so that the fish can cook through.
- Cut the potatoes into not too small pieces, as well as the carrots, peppers and onions. Put the vegetables with a little oil in a baking dish and season with salt, pepper, lime juice, a little lemon zest and tandoori masala. Put the mold in the oven at 180-200 ° C. After about 30 minutes you simply put the steaks on the vegetables and let everything bake for another half hour until everything has got a nice color and the smell doesn`t make you wait any longer.
- Served with a yogurt chilli sauce and flatbread. Nice ambience with palm fronds, hammock and delicious cocktail, just wonderful!
