- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 tuna steaks (150 g each)
- salt
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 150 g brunch
- 75 ml fish stock or poultry stock
- 1 teaspoon lemon pepper

- Heat the olive oil in a pan. Put the tuna steaks in the pan and sear them for approx. 1 minute on each side (no longer, otherwise the tuna will be very dry). Shift down and cook for another 2 minutes on each side. Salt the steaks, remove them from the pan and keep warm.
- Dissolve the stock with vinegar, immediately add the brunch and fish stock (or poultry stock) and stir in the lemon pepper.
- Pour the sauce on the tuna steaks and serve. Potatoes and colorful vegetables go well with it.
