Instructions

  1. Thaw the tuna steaks (if you don`t have fresh ones, which is not often the case in these latitudes), wash them and pat dry. Then you put them in a marinade of yogurt, oil, lime juice and tandoori masala, add one or two whole cloves of garlic, and season with salt and pepper. Ideally 1-2 hours before the actual cooking so that the fish can cook through.
  2. Cut the potatoes into not too small pieces, as well as the carrots, peppers and onions. Put the vegetables with a little oil in a baking dish and season with salt, pepper, lime juice, a little lemon zest and tandoori masala. Put the mold in the oven at 180-200 ° C. After about 30 minutes you simply put the steaks on the vegetables and let everything bake for another half hour until everything has got a nice color and the smell doesn`t make you wait any longer.
  3. Served with a yogurt chilli sauce and flatbread. Nice ambience with palm fronds, hammock and delicious cocktail, just wonderful!
