Ingredients

  • 1 ½ tablespoon cream cheese
  • 2 teaspoons, heaped breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon parmesan, grated
  • thyme
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • salt and pepper
  • garlic
  • 1 tuna steak, approx. - .5 cm thick

Instructions

  1. Mix the cream cheese with breadcrumbs, thyme and parmesan. Season to taste with salt, pepper, lemon juice and garlic.
  2. Sear the tuna steak on one side for approx. 2 minutes, turn, brush with the cream cheese and bake under the grill for approx. 5-6 minutes.
  3. Serve with lemon wedge.
  4. Rice or noodles with seared cocktail tomatoes, seasoned with thyme, go well with this.
