- Mix the cream cheese with breadcrumbs, thyme and parmesan. Season to taste with salt, pepper, lemon juice and garlic.
- Sear the tuna steak on one side for approx. 2 minutes, turn, brush with the cream cheese and bake under the grill for approx. 5-6 minutes.
- Serve with lemon wedge.
- Rice or noodles with seared cocktail tomatoes, seasoned with thyme, go well with this.
