- This refreshing water is really quick to prepare. Simply rub the zest of the lemon and place in a carafe or glass bottle along with the thyme stems. Fill up with the water and let it steep for about 6 hours. If necessary, top up the water with ice cubes before enjoying.
- Tip: If you don`t have enough time to let the water steep, it helps to pour a splash of hot water over the ingredients. Only then add the remaining water to the ingredients.
