- 2 slices ginger
- 700 ml water

- Cut the apple, ginger and carrot into thin slices. Pour the stated quantities into a carafe or glass bottle together with the lemon. Fill up the ingredients with the water and let it steep for about 6 hours.
- Tip: If you don`t have enough time to let the water steep, it helps to pour a splash of hot water over the ingredients. Only then add the remaining water to the ingredients.
