Ingredients
- 300 g watermelon (s) (pitted pulp)
- 300 g honeydew melon (pitted pulp)
- 1 small Piece (s) ginger
- 1 vanilla pod (s)
- 2 stalks mint
- 1 ½ liters mineral water, still, cold

- Dice the water and honeydew melon pulp. Peel the ginger and cut into fine slices. Halve the vanilla pod lengthways. Rinse the mint and shake dry. Put everything in a glass carafe with a lid, fill up with the water and cover in the refrigerator for about 1 to 2 hours.
