Ingredients
- 1 liter mineral water, still, alternatively tap water
- 1 small Piece (s) ginger, approx. cm
- 1 handful raspberries, fresh
- 1 squirt lemon juice

- Cut the ginger into thin slices. Pour the mineral water into a measuring cup or bottle with a wide mouth. Add a splash of lemon juice and stir or shake. Add the ginger slices and the raspberries and let steep for at least an hour.
- Strain the fruits and ginger through a sieve.
