handful raspberries, fresh

squirt lemon juice

Instructions
Cut the ginger into thin slices. Pour the mineral water into a measuring cup or bottle with a wide mouth. Add a splash of lemon juice and stir or shake. Add the ginger slices and the raspberries and let steep for at least an hour.
Strain the fruits and ginger through a sieve.
