Ingredients
- 5 cl gin
- 2 ½ cl lemon juice
- 1 cl vanilla syrup
- 10 raspberries, frozen or fresh
- 150 ml ginger ale

- First, the raspberries are strained through a sieve into a shaker with ice. Then the vanilla syrup with the gin is added and everything is shaked for about 30 seconds. Then strain everything into a Collins glass and fill up with ginger ale. Put a curled lemon zest in the glass as a decoration and a raspberry on the glass.
