Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon coffee powder, ground
- 1 piece (s) ginger, fresh
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 tablespoon heavy cream

- Mix the coffee with the ginger and brew through a filter.
- Put the honey in a cup and pour on the coffee. Decorate the coffee with a whipped cream top.
- Tip: I grate the ginger quite finely and pour the coffee through the filter twice. The piece of ginger should be about the size of a hazelnut. If necessary, ginger powder would also work (a knife tip)
