  • 1 lime (s)
  • 200 g suar, (crystal, fine or cane suar)
  • 0.75 liters ¾ non-carbonated water
  • 150 g iner root, fresh

Instructions

  1. Squeeze the lemon and lime and grate the ginger. Put the grated ginger with the citrus juice and the pulp in 0.5 liters of water and bring to the boil. Simmer and steep for 10 minutes. Pour the brew through a sieve into a jug.
  2. Add the sugar to 0.25 l of water. Cook, stirring, until the sugar is dissolved.
  3. Stir the sugar water into the brew.
  4. To serve, add 1 part stock to 5 parts mineral water. You can of course dilute more or less according to taste.
