  • 1 baguette (s), (250 g)
  • 3 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 packet tomato (s), chunky (500 g)
  • 50 g salami, thinly sliced
  • 3 tablespoon olives, green, filled with paprika
  • salt and pepper
  • Tabasco

Instructions

  1. Cut the baguette into approx. 2 cm thick slices and brush them on one side with olive oil. Roast in the oven at 200 ° C for about 12 minutes on a wire rack.
  2. In the meantime, drain the tomatoes in a colander. Cut the salami into strips, the olives into slices and mix both with the tomato pieces. Season well with salt, pepper and Tabasco and spread over the roasted baguette slices.
  3. Serve lukewarm.
