Ingredients

  • 1 pck. Pizza dough, ready-made from the refrigerated shelf
  • 3 beefsteak tomato (s)
  • 1 bell pepper (s), green
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 1 scoop mozzarella
  • Basil, some stems
  • parsley
  • salt and pepper
  • olive oil
  • Balsamic vinegar

Instructions

  1. Roll out the dough on a baking sheet, prick several times with a fork and bake according to the instructions on the package.
  2. In the meantime, wash the tomatoes, cut in half, core and cut into cubes. Peel and finely dice the onion and wash the paprika, cut in half, core and also finely dice. Wash and chop the basil and parsley. Chop the mozzarella and marinate in a bowl with a little balsamic vinegar. Then stir in all the other ingredients and add salt, pepper and olive oil (not too little) as desired.
  3. Spread everything on the slightly cooled pizza dough and enjoy lukewarm. If you like, you can of course make the pizza dough yourself.
