  • 8 tablespoon olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • 8 slices farmer`s bread (s) or ciabatta

Instructions

  1. Wash tomatoes and cut into small cubes, as small as you like them. Put in a bowl. Fry the bacon in the pan and add to the tomatoes, finely chop the onions and garlic and add. Add the chives and basil, as well as the olive oil. Mix well and season with salt and pepper.
