  • 250 g whipped cream
  • 800 g broccoli
  • 80 g Goronzola
  • 80 g Parma ham, cut into strips
  • thyme
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Finely dice the onion, roast in the butter until light brown and deglaze with cream; let something boil down. Cook the broccoli in salted water until firm to the bite. Melt the Gorgonzola in the cream, add the thyme leaves and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Pour the Gorgonzola cream sauce over the broccoli and sprinkle with the Parma ham.
