Instructions

  1. Dice the water and honeydew melon pulp. Peel the ginger and cut into fine slices. Halve the vanilla pod lengthways. Rinse the mint and shake dry. Put everything in a glass carafe with a lid, fill up with the water and cover in the refrigerator for about 1 to 2 hours.
