Ingredients

1 peach (s) or nectarine
1 sprig thyme (s), possibly more
1 liter water
some lemon juice, to taste

Instructions

Dice the peach. Rinse off the thyme and add to a jug or carafe with the water and a splash of lemon juice.
Let it steep in the fridge overnight.
