- 1 pear (s), ripe but not too soft
- 25 g cucumber (s), approx.
- 1 sprig mint, possibly also 2
- 1 lemon (s), juice it
- 1 ½ liters water, approx.

- Quarter the pear, remove the core and cut the pulp into thin slices. Wash the cucumber, also cut into thin slices. Wash the mint, squeeze the lemon.
- Put all ingredients in a carafe or jug and fill up with approx. 1.5 liters of cold water. Let the ingredients steep in the refrigerator overnight. Serve the finished water cold.
- Do not use too much cucumber and mint so that the pear aroma is not masked.
