Quarter the pear, remove the core and cut the pulp into thin slices. Wash the cucumber, also cut into thin slices. Wash the mint, squeeze the lemon.
Put all ingredients in a carafe or jug and fill up with approx. 1.5 liters of cold water. Let the ingredients steep in the refrigerator overnight. Serve the finished water cold.
Do not use too much cucumber and mint so that the pear aroma is not masked.
