If necessary, finely chop the marinade ingredients. Mix everything together well. Cut the pork fillet into pieces and add to the marinade. Min. Put in the fridge for 2 hours.
Put the meat on skewers, possibly skewer peppers, mushrooms, tomatoes, zucchini, etc. in between.
Grill the skewers or fry them in a coated pan, drizzling the marinade over the meat over and over again.
