Ingredients

  • 2 large pork fillet (s)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 12 tablespoon coconut milk
  • 4 ½ teaspoon soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoon oil
  • 1 pinch (s) cumin
  • 1 coriander root
  • 4 garlic clove (s)
  • 1 ½ teaspoon curry powder
  • 1 small ginger
  • 2 tablespoon sugar

Instructions

  1. If necessary, finely chop the marinade ingredients. Mix everything together well. Cut the pork fillet into pieces and add to the marinade. Min. Put in the fridge for 2 hours.
  2. Put the meat on skewers, possibly skewer peppers, mushrooms, tomatoes, zucchini, etc. in between.
  3. Grill the skewers or fry them in a coated pan, drizzling the marinade over the meat over and over again.
