  • 8 slices bacon (breakfast bacon)
  • 6 spring onion (s)
  • 2 tablespoon clarified butter
  • salt
  • Cayenne pepper
  • Flour, for dusting

Instructions

  1. Cut the pumpkin and fillet into equal-sized cubes about the thickness of your thumb. Halve the breakfast bacon slices; Cut the spring onion into pieces approx. 3 cm long.
  2. Put everything alternately on grill skewers. Season with cayenne pepper and salt. Dust very thinly with flour and fry all over in clarified butter over medium heat.
