Ingredients

  • 500 g fillet (s) youn beef, chicken, beiried (entrecote)

For the marinade:

  • 1 teaspoon allspice (new spice), freshly ground
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 chilli pepper (s), red, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon sugar, brown
  • 2 tablespoon rum, Jamaicarum, brown
  • 1 clove (s) garlic, chopped
  • 4 tablespoon oil, (peanut or sunflower oil)

Instructions

  1. Cut the meat into 2 x 2 cm cubes, place on small bamboo or wooden skewers and soak in the mixed marinade for at least 2 hours.
  2. Pat dry, grill briefly, let rest.
  3. With paprika and bean rice or sweet potato puree.
