  • 4 ripe banana (s)
  • 250 g flour
  • 40 ml coconut milk
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 75 g suar, brown or white
  • possibly powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions

  1. Peel the bananas and put them in small pieces in a mixing bowl and then mash the bananas completely into a mass, then add the flour, baking powder and vanilla sugar and sugar to taste. Use the coconut milk to make a nice liquid dough.
  2. Then heat the oil in the pan and pour the banana batter into the hot fat with a sauce spoon. Over medium heat while turning, fry until golden brown on both sides.
  3. Place the fritters on a piece of kitchen roll to allow the oil to drain. Process the entire dough in this way and let the fritters cool down, or eat warm, sprinkle with powdered sugar if you like.
