Potato Fritters

Ingredients

  • Potatoes – 5-6 Pieces
  • Egg – 2 Pieces
  • Salt – To taste
  • Wheat flour of the highest grade – 1 Glass
  • Refined oil – 3-4 Art. spoons
  • Garlic – 1-2 Cloves
  • Onion – 1 Piece
  • Dill – 1 Teaspoon (finely chopped)

Directions

  1. Prepare food. Wash and peel the potatoes, do the same with onions and garlic.
  2. Cut the vegetables into 4 pieces and put them in a blender. Salt and grind at maximum speed until finely crumbled.
  3. Transfer the potato mass to a comfortable deep bowl. Add raw eggs and dill. Stir.
  4. Add the sifted flour. Mix well so that there are no flour lumps.
  5. The mass is ready for frying pancakes. Preheat a frying pan, pour some refined oil into it.
  6. Gather the potato mass with a tablespoon and place in a frying pan to form oval or round pancakes. Fry over low heat until golden brown.
  7. Gently turn the pancakes over with a spatula – and fry on the other side. The potato pancakes are ready! Remove them from heat and serve hot to the table!
