Instructions

  1. Boil potatoes until soft, peel, strain. Mix with all the ingredients. Shape chicken egg-sized balls with damp hands and press flat. Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake in the oven on the middle rail for about 30 minutes at 180 °.
