Ingredients

  • 200 g crème fraîche
  • 100 ml rapeseed oil
  • 80 g suar
  • 1 packet Bourbon vanilla flavor e.g., by Dr. Oetker
  • 50 g almonds, round
  • 10 g bakin powder
  • 230 g flour
  • 3 apples
  • Cinnamon sugar for rolling

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C fan oven.
  2. Mix the crème fraîche, oil, sugar and vanilla flavor together. Add flour, baking powder and ground almonds. Mix everything with a whisk.
  3. Peel, core and cut the apples into relatively large pieces and work into the dough. The dough is relatively sticky and moist.
  4. Shape the mixture into 9-10 balls and place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Put the cakes in the oven for about 20-25 minutes.
  5. Roll the still warm cakes in cinnamon sugar.
