Instructions

  1. First mix the flour, almonds, sugar and cinnamon for the crumble. Add the butter in pieces and work everything into sprinkles with your fingers or a hand mixer.
  2. Put something into the fridge.
  3. Peel, quarter, core and slice the apples. Put aside.
  4. Cover a baking sheet with baking paper, preheat the oven to 180 ° C top / bottom heat.
  5. Beat the eggs with the sugar until creamy, stir in the butter, flour, baking powder and juice.
  6. Spread the dough on the prepared tray, liven it up with the apple slices and spread the crumble on top.
