Wash the fillet and remove the silver skin. Mix the ingredients for the marinade well.
Put the fillet with the marinade in a freezer bag, close it, shake well and put in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours (preferably overnight).
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees top / bottom heat. Put the meat with the marinade in a baking dish and cook on the middle rack for about 30 minutes. Always pour the marinade over them.
Cut the cooked fillet into 1.5 - 2 cm thick slices and keep warm.
Make a sauce from the marinade by whisking under 200 g of cream cheese. Bring to the boil while stirring and season again with the spices (possibly a little salt).
