Instructions

  1. Blanch the spring onions in salted water, they must stay crisp. Drain in a colander. Mix the vinegar, oil and mustard together. Add salt, pepper, garlic and herbs.
  2. Pour it over the still warm spring onions and let it steep for at least a quarter of an hour, preferably longer.
