Ingredients

• 500 g strawberries
• 1 bag / s flavor, (lemon sugar)
• 1 tablespoon, leveled sugar
• 2 tablespoon, leveled eggnog
• some baking soda

Also: (for the egg liqueur cream)

• 1 cup whipped cream
• 1 pack cream stabilizer
• 1 bag vanilla sugar
• 2 tablespoon egg liqueur
• 1 bag meringue, crumbled

Instructions

1. Quarter the strawberries and mix with the lemon sugar, sugar, eggnog and baking soda in a bowl and leave to marinate for at least 30 minutes.
2. In the meantime, whip the whipped cream with the whipped cream and vanilla sugar until stiff and carefully fold in the eggnog.
3. Put the marinated strawberries without juice in a bowl, cover with crumbled meringues and pour the egg liqueur cream over them. Drizzle with some juice and decorate as you like.
4. The food can also be arranged or layered in glasses.
