Instructions

  1. Pepper and salt the turkey escalope and layer with the finely sliced garlic and rosemary (optionally also with lemon wedges) in a Tupperware jar. Drizzle each layer with olive oil. Cover and let stand in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  2. I prepare the schnitzel for grilling in this way - you can of course also fry them in the pan. Additional fat is no longer necessary.
